Our Pillars

We are passionate about creating positive change and believe that everyone should have access to the resources and support they need to achieve a healthy, happy life with the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our Pillars of Social Prescribing are a quality of life (QoL) underpinned approach to wellbeing. They include Access, Need, Opportunity, Enrichment, ConnectionCommunity, and Growth. Each pillar plays an essential role in improving the quality of life of individuals by identifying needs, available resources, overcoming barriers to access, and supporting communities to create new opportunities.
